對於棉花姐所講o既,小弟都十分贊同。你o既對下屬工作o既參與度,其實好取...等小弟再次多謝棉花姐先。<br /><br />對於棉花姐所講o既,小弟都十分贊同。你o既對下屬工作o既參與度,其實好取決於你o既角色。做目經理要micro啲,做開發經理或者計劃經理要macro啲。<br /><br />不過,就萛係一個項目經理,小弟諗太過micro,有時真係會阻礙o左同事o既發揮。老闆成日同我講,做project冇可能no risk no issue,只要所有risk係managable,咁個PM已經done a good job。micro o既極至即係攬哂個project上身。每事問,每事管,自己辛苦之餘,都冇可能guarantee個project一定no issue,真係要take個balance point…安諾勿斯https://www.blogger.com/profile/14149105410125847720noreply@blogger.com
